Review: Infinit Rechargable Vibrator 10

First Impressions
I was lucky enough to win this vibrator via a giveaway run by Sexuality Sanctuary in Connection with Sex Shop Canada. This is not a cheap toy to purchase, so I was more than happy and it made a very welcome Christmas present.

My first impression of the Infinit was favorable. The packaging was discreet but allowed me to see the actual toy via it’s window. Once it was out of the packaging the first thing I noticed was this is a heavy toy at least at the base. The base is made of medical grade aluminum and this gives it a feeling of quality, but I was a little worried about the weight when it came to function. The base holds the controls and then branches into three wands, which are made of silicon. I have to say, this type of silicone finish is not my favorite, it attracts cat hair, like my daughter used to collect Pokemon cards. I was however intrigued by the three wands which will all work independently of one another. This seemed to offer a bunch of possibilities and my mind was way ahead of the game as to what those possibilities could be.

The Infinit itself measures in at around 8” long, with each wand taking up about 5” of that. The aluminum base houses the controllers for all three of the wands and this consist of three buttons, each of which works independently from one another. Again there seemed like a lot of possibilities here. Each of the buttons light up when turned on. There are 7 speeds and cycles that this toy is capable of and as each wand is operated independently, you can choose to use one or three, again I could see the possibilities. So I set about giving this toy a rigorous test. Of course I first had to charge it. This was quite a simple operation, with the charger being placed n the bottom of the control unit and simply plugged into the wall. So a couple of hours later, I was ready to get my sexy on, with my new found three armed friend…

Solo Test
As this is a silicone toy, I choose to use a water based lube with it for testing purpose. In order to turn the Infinit on you have to hold each button down for 2 seconds and the same when turning it off. As I said before each arm has it’s own button, and as the motors themselves are located in the very top of each of the wands, they make for some pretty intense vibrations. The wands themselves whilst joined at the base, are bendable, which seemed on the surface to lead to many play possibilities and I set about discovering as many of those as I could, and this is where I hit my first problem.

It’s virtually impossible to tell which wand you are turning on, when this toy is in actual use until you feel the results. Call me strange, but I like to know what I’m operating when I’m masturbating as it’s sooo annoying when you get into a rhythm, enjoy a certain pulse/vibration pattern, and then you press the wrong button. There are times when this can be advantages, but they are few and far between at least for me personally. Sometimes you simply want to change things up and not having any idea which wand of the toy you were about to change was annoying at best. I’m not sure how the manufacturer would overcome this either.

I also found the Infinit clunky to hold, as well as operate, I was disappointed to be honest. I did like the fact the three wands offered multiple possibilities as far as double penetration. In theory you could insert each of the probes into a different orifice, once again when it came to the actual execution the Infinit fell short. It’s too heavy to hold in place when kneeling, my favorite masturbation position for double penetration, and placing the wands where I wanted them was all but impossible. It maybe my anatomy differs greatly from the average woman but multiple reports from various sources have confirmed this is probably not the case. (Whew, even I was getting worried as I wrote that.)

The Infinit is waterproof which makes clean up a breeze and is always a plus for me. Plus at this price level I almost expect a toy to be waterproof…

Partner Play
For me this is where this toy excelled but not for the reasons that I thought it would. Having my partner, play and control the Infinit was so much more fun, than trying to do it for myself. He was in a better position, in more ways than one, to place the toy where it needed to be for maximum sensations. The three wands, and seven patterns offered him a myriad of positions, and for me a myriad of sensations. Not being in control of the Infinit made it exciting sexy and it was way easier for my partner to place it where he felt it would reach maximum impact, was darn right sexy.

When it came to actually doing the horizontal tango we ran into problems. The wands were too big when all together to be effectively placed between us, and again we found it heavy to hold, and actually enjoy a session under the sheets.

What’s It All Add Up To?
The Infinit is a robust and well made toy, of that there is no denying. For me, it falls short on execution though. I did manage to have an orgasm when I added a partner into the mix but as a solo toy, it did not work for me, and trust me when I say I tried. I wanted this to work in so many ways! As a lady who enjoys double penetration, I was so hoping this would offer that possibility without the need for another body, but alas there is it seems no substitute for bringing another body into the mix.

In all honesty, I cannot with full conviction recommend the Infinit. I wish I could, I really do, and it might work for some but not for me, and I so wanted it too. If you are into sensation play then the Infinit would make a nice addition, and a change from the ordinary but if not I would personally give the Infinit a miss.  if you do do decide that you would like to purchase your own Infinit then simply click HERE.
