Get a condom, fill it with water, you will need something to hold the condom so you can freeze it, I use a thin but tall jar so I can put my condom in and slip it over the sides to hold it as it freezes. Once it’s frozen,, HAVE FUN, I love to use it in a warm shower. It doesn’t last very long but it’s so good!
