Lily Re-chargable Vibrator

Picture this if you will:

One webmistress scrambling for her stash of what she thought was hidden batteries, only to find they have magically been spirited away by the Kid Fairy and are now powering anything from a Game Boy to a Personnel Stereo, never to be seen or heard from again. Oh, the frustration, the sheer indignity of it all. All this poor webmistress wanted was to have a moment alone with her BOB [Battery Operated Boyfriend]!

I’m sure this scene isn’t an unfamiliar one for many with kids, so when I heard about a top of the range vibe that didn’t require batteries, I eagerly awaited the arrival of my favorite FedEx driver.

First Impressions
I had little idea of what to expect from the Lily, but I was surprised to find a really tasteful couple of boxes nestled inside the large brown shipping box. Anyone who deals frequently with sex toys knows all too well that some companies do not seem to appreciate the fact not all women require a picture of a scantily clad female screaming porn in their face when they first unveil an item. So far so good!

Further exploration revealed from box number one a really small, funky looking vibe. Iridescent purple and around the size of an egg this reminded me of a grown up bullet vibe. The vibe itself is shaped like a PC mouse and fitted very nicely into the palm of my hand. As I peeked inside the other gift box I found the charger and a little more. Not only is the Lilly rechargeable, but it comes with adapters so it can be used internationally as well.

I duly read the quick and easy to understand instruction booklet and I was ready to go. My Lily arrived with some juice in it, but I decided to recharge it before putting it through its paces. This was a very simple operation, selecting the correct adapter, plugging it into the power and placing the other end in the correct socket. A couple of hours later I was all revved up and ready to go!

The first thing you notice about the Lily is how easy it is to hold. At first I found the controls a little tricky to get used to. Located on the lower half of the unit, they consist of two buttons to adjust for more or less vibrations. One feature I really liked was the fact that I could lock my Lily simply by pressing both buttons simultaneously. This means it won’t turn on accidentally, which was a pretty neat feature in my book. To unlock the power you once again press the two buttons at the same time. With some practice it became second nature.

I really wasn’t sure that the Lily was going to deliver much power, primarily due its size. Having tested many small toys in the past I should have known better! The Lily starts with a light pulse, but with each push of the control button it got more powerful – and then some. After a while I actually found that the really strong vibration was a little too much for me. My hands were suffering from what I call ‘too much vibe syndrome’ but when the setting was on Medium High it was enough to do the tick. The other thing that was
