Q: What was the inspiration behind your blog The SinDoll?
It actually started as a journal. I was in a relationship and it was a way of communication between the three of us. When the relationship ended and I closed the journal down, I kept writing. The blog has grown and changed as I have. It’s come a long way, and it’s she’s got a long way to go. I’ve recently made the move to self-hosting, and I’m still “unpacking boxes.”
Q: If you had to describe SinDoll in one word or sentence what would that word or sentence be and why?
Wow… I’d have to say… Open. I’m pretty open. My blog is pretty open. What you see is what you get. For the good or the bad of it. 🙂
Q: If you had one piece of advice for anyone who was thinking of starting an erotic blog, what would it be and why?
Read everything …from how to write properly, how to get self-hosted, and the ins and outs of blogging. Write what you know.
Q: What is it about erotica that draws you to the genre?
I’m kinky. Some of my newer writes are darker. When it comes to BDSM, I enjoy the rougher, more physical, and sexual side of the spectrum.
Q: If you could meet only one writer dead or alive who would it be and why?
David Foster Wallace – and only because he drops great one liners.
