If a bullet vibe decided to do the horizontal tango with a rabbit vibe the likely results would be the JimmyJane Form 2. It offers the best of both worlds all packed neatly into a rechargeable, waterproof toy that is sure to delight!
I feel a little selfish in that I have had this toy for about a year now and I’ve not yet shared this little gem with everyone via a review. When I first came across the Form 2 I was intrigued, but not sure that it could possibly live up to the promises, and hype that surrounded it. I desperately wanted to give it a go though and after a brief thinking period, bit the bullet and ordered one.
First Impressions
The Form 2 is about as far removed from the traditional style of vibrators as you could find. If you’re looking for shafts to insert or big ears then forget it because that’s not what you are going to find. The form 2 reminds me of a cross between a rabbit and a bullet vibe in that it offers the best of both those vibes and much more besides. This toy smacks of quality from the moment you set eyes on it and that’s before you’ve even taken it out of the box. I always say you can tell a lot about a toy from it’s packaging and this packaging is inviting, classy and makes me what to explore it’s contents further.
The JimmyJane form 2 itself, is a smaller vibe that fits nicely in the palm of my hand, which is something that it’s oval shape lends itself to nicely, but it’s most intriguing features for me is it’s ears. Oh the possibilities! I also loved the fact that this was waterproof, which meant more fun in the shower or hot tub, as well as the fact it has variable speeds, and pulses.
Made from high quality silicone, the JimmyJane Form 2 just feels good when you hold it. I made sure the unit was fully charged before I used it for the first time, and then for me, it seemed like the sky would be the limit.
Solo Play
I love my JimmyJane Form 2, nowadays it’s my basic go to vibe which guarantees the desired results every time I use it. The variable speeds and pulses make this a multi purpose tool, so to speak, and considering it’s size it has the ability to pack a serious punch. The unit itself measures in at a a length of 3″ with a circumference of 51/2″ it’s not hard to see why this fits into the palm of your hand so easily. It weighs in at a mere 1lb which while it’s light this still feels like a substantial tool.
The controls of which there are three did take a little bit of getting used to at first but they were worth the learning time and then some in my opinion Housed at the front of the unit as I say they are not easy to use at first, to turn it on you slick the plus button once and apply more pressure to achieve top buzz, which is substantial but I’m glad to say without the noise level that is often associated with the more powerful toys. The Form 2 is remarkably quiet and I have been known to use it while working in my home office, which is adjacent to the living room in our house, and no one was any the wiser… There are 5 speeds in all and the top one is always more than enough to send me over the edge, if I’m just looking for something to help get me in the mood I generally
