Recently we were lucky enough to get the chance to chat with the creator of SpunkLube, Jeff aka STR8cam and ask him a few questions.
Q: So what got you into lube and then into the lubricant business?
Answer: What got me into lube is that I have never found a personal lubricant that I looked forward to using. One that felt good and didn’t feel like “lube” but instead felt natural. Like natural body lubrication that wasn’t greasy. Personal lubricants I used in the past felt too much like “lube” and not enough like SPUNK aka natural body fluid. I got into the lubricant business when I was approached by a company who wanted to sell me products they made. Those non adult products didn’t interest me so I asked them if they were able to make personal lubricant and SPUNK Lube http://spunklube.com was born.
Q:Where did the inspiration for SpunkLube come from?
Answer: The inspiration for SPUNK Lube came from the fact that no personal lubricant was available that I looked forward to using. One that was multipurpose, condom friendly, toy safe, non staining and cleaned up easily. Before SPUNK Lube, you needed 1 lube for toys, 1 for anal, 1 for condoms, etc.
Q: Why offer three different types of SpunkLube? Isn’t one lube enough for anyone?
Answer: One type of SPUNK Lube is good enough for anyone. I offer 3 different versions because people have different tastes and what they expect or want in a personal lubricant. Each formula of SPUNK Lube is toy safe, condom friendly, non staining, multipurpose and feels great. SPUNK Lube is available in Hybrid, Pure Silicone and in Pink. SPUNK Lube Hybrid is my original hybrid cum lube formula. It’s award winning and looks and feels unlike any other personal lubricant available. It’s been called the perfect personal lubricant due to how it looks, feels and works. It’s a water based silicone lube that feels like natural body lubrication. SPUNK Lube Pure Silicone is 100% clear, pure silicone that’s non drying in use, toy safe and non staining. The only ingredient in it is silicone. It’s pure silicone that’s non drying during use. Lastly, SPUNK Lube Pink is water based silicone that’s colored pink. It’s also glycerin free and non staining.
Q: What do you see in the future for SpunkLube?
Answer: In the near future, SPUNK Lube will have flavors. SPUNK Lube will also be available in a natural formula as well as tingling, cooling, heating, numbing and more. Eventually SPUNK Lube will have a full range of personal lubricants.
