First Impressions:
I swear I’m going through a Picasso blue stage when it comes to my toys at the moment. All of my newest acquisitions seem to be in one hue of blue or another. The Blueberry Buzz was no exception and as I opened it’s box I feel in love with blue all over again. This toy is one of those alluring blues, that remind me of Blueberries and I had a fruit of my own that was ripe for the plucking. I loved the feel of this vibe, I adore harder materials in my toys and this plastic vibe was defiantly hard but it also possessed a smoothness similar to that of glass toys. Then there was the shape, it’s bulbous end that tapered and my mind was off to fantasy island and I hoped my body was about to follow as I placed the two AA batteries that it required to get the party started.
Solo Play:
Test I was pleasantly surprised by how powerful this vibe turned out to be. A quick turn of the base was all that was required to either intensify or detensify the vibrations produced. I loved the fact that this vibes vibrations, carried right along to the very tip of the vibe something I find lacking in a lot of toys. The one thing I didn’t appreciate was that this toy was loud! By loud I mean it sounded like someone was quite literally sawing wood in my bedroom as turned this up to it’s highest intensity vibration. Despite the loud sawing noise I soldiered on and was pleasantly surprised by the way this vibe felt, both internally and externally. It’s smoothness was something that I definitely appreciated, and the shape with the bulbous end that tapered gave it something of an edge. This almost felt like a glass toy but with a buzzing effect and a higher price tag. I soon discovered that because the vibrations carried through to the tip of this it was easy to use on my clit and get it to hit just the right spot. This vibe measures in at about 7″ with around 5 of those inches being insertable. When it comes to circumference this is by no means the largest vibe I own and at it’s widest insertable point measures in at 4″. The tip is bulbous shape and much smaller in circumference making this a lot of fun when it came to solo play. I should also tell you that the Blueberry Buzz has another trick up it’s sleeve in that it is waterproof. In the tub and shower, this toy truly came into it’s own for me, the water helped damped the sawing sound thankfully and the experience for me was a very fulfilling one. The Blueberry buzz is a breeze to clean up as it’s non porous and waterproof, just add some mild soap, air dry and your all done!
Partner Play:
Hubby really enjoyed watching me play with this toy, but he found it just wasn’t powerful enough for him when he tried to play with it. He also made a few comments about it being noisy. We decided that this is one toy I should stick in the tub when I need some me time.
What’s It All Add Up To?
Overall I think the Blueberry buzz is good value for it’s price tag. I do use it often, especially in the tub and shower for the reasons given above. If you enjoy firm internal stimulation this might just be the toy for you. even when I just use it on my clitoris I have to say I enjoy the blueberry. Overall it’s a good toy, with a great price tag and would make a great introduction to the world of waterproof toys for sure.
